Request a Slot. Fill out the Ignite form to let me know if you’re interested in Individual Personal Training or Small Group Personal Training and what your primary concern or goal is. We’ll hop on a call and determine how to best achieve them and put an action plan into motion!
Setup your Workout Space. If you have chosen Individual Coached Personal Training or our Small Group Personal Training – then you will need a dedicated space of approximately a yoga mat’s size for our workouts. Connect through your mobile phone, a laptop or stream us to your television we have instructions to help you get ready for your next workout!
Attend Your Training Sessions. Small Group Personal Training sessions meet at 5:30 am and 9:00 am (eastern time) Monday through Friday. Individual Personal Training sessions are typically scheduled at your best time.
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and works for every fitness level. Each session is different and you are welcome and encouraged to participate as often as you’d like.
