STEP 2

Join Our Private Facebook Community

In our Private Facebook Community you'll find likeminded individuals, support, guidance, and quick access to our trainers. You'll also receive lots more information, guides, approximately 50 workout videos, and a conversation history to help identify what we do, and how we do it.

STEP 3

Set Up Your Training Location

It's best to have a dedicated space of approximately a yoga mat's size for our workouts. Whether you choose to use your mobile phone, a laptop or stream us to your television we have instructions to help you get ready for your next workout!

STEP 4

Attend a Small Group Training Session

We meet up to 3 times per day (Currently at 6am, 9am & 6pm Monday through Friday). Each session lasts 30-40 minute and work for every fitness level. Each session is different and you are welcome to participate as often as you'd like.

STEP 5

Determining if We are a Good Match

If after your 7-Day ignite you don't feel empowered, encouraged, and excited about working with us - you have absolutely no further obligation. However, if you identify that you'd like to commit to at least 90-days with us (within your 7-Day trial) I have a $50 credit to award towards your first month!

Must be able to attend our Online Training Sessions 2-5 days per week.

Must be willing to commit to an entire 90 days (post trial period). The first week can be HARD. We need people who will stay to reap the benefits of all their effort.

Must be committed to making a change. Transformations do not happen if the trainers and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!

This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations and achievements are welcome and celebrated.

Must respect the community rules. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best experience possible.
