Welcome to THE MELTDOWN!
The MELTDOWN is Powered UP Systems Group Fitness program. In mobile settings it resembles a boot camp - primarily focused on using exercise bands, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises, partner movements, and other cardiovascular working activities. Within a Powered UP Facility this program utilizes the above and can include more and heavier resistance training to accomplish the same goals and may even appear more like semi-private personal training.
Regardless of what it resembles or the methods used, all MELTDOWN sessions follow the Powered UP Training System, which includes interval and circuit training, combined with decades of bodybuilding experience into a safe, group friendly, fun and effective experience. These sessions are led by nationally certified trainers that provide individual attention and modifications for a personalized group fitness program and the very best success.
